Fish, fritters and white pudding were all fine but all of the chips were over cooked and inedible

The only good thing about this meal was that the girl working in the shop was so kind and helpful to us. It took more than TWO hours to get our food, which was soggy and cold when we received it. It would have probably been nice if it got to us in time, but the delivery man took more than hour to deliver to us when we are 5 minutes away. It took really long and we were really not happy with the foods state when it got to us :((

over an hour late on delivery and meal was cold tried phoning 11 times and no answer messaged and no reply terrible service will not be using again

The food was very cold and I had to wait longer for it to be delivered than the time it said it would be delivered.

Order arrived late and batter was over cooked, missing portion of fritters which was paid for, £32 for order.

The food was very good and portion sizes generous. Know not to order large chips next time.

The food was not good pizza was very hard and not the best taste

Waited in shop to be served for tens mins, then girl behind counter served someone who came in after me 1st, even another customer was shocked I was served 1st , smoked sausage supper was a bit bland, not enough vinegar, and my chicken pakoras were more rock hard batter than chicken, very disappointed, plus discount for ordering online was swallowed ip bu service charge and a carrier back charge that wasn't required or requested, won't be back

I ordered my food for 8 pm and it arrived at 5.45pm, just lucky I was just in, but the food was chewy and not nice by the time my wife came in at 7.45 pm.thats why I ordered it for 8pm. Hope it doesn't happen again,as I do normally like there food.
